Who We Are
Worth Homes has been established over 20 years but only delved into the smart home arena 5 years ago when we first came across Loxone at a building exhibition. We were very impressed with how comprehensive the functionality was, yet really straightforward to install and configure. We became a certified Loxone Silver Partner in 2018.
Why Loxone?
We chose Loxone as our preferred automation system as we believe it is one of the most flexible and adaptable systems on the market today. There are over 150,000 Loxone systems in use across the world and, in our view its simplicity and ease of use makes it ideal for any building and once installed can be configured and adapted without the need for expensive engineer visits. We also like the fact that you can interface Loxone with other smart home technologies to have an integrated automation system.
Our Approach
We work with home owners, self builders and renovators to design and specify Loxone smart home automation systems. If you're an architect, developer or builder we can work with you at initial design stage and throughout construction. From initial discussions we'll guide you through the process of designing your smart home system and work with you on making sure the installation is completed and your smart home is everything you wanted.

Our strength lies in working collaboratively with clients, architects, developers and builders which means there are few places in the UK we do not cover, with clients as far afield as Scotland, Northern Ireland, Yorkshire and the South West.

New Build
Whether you're an Architect, Builder or Developer, we will work with you from first concept and early design stage to help define the scope of the installation, providing you with wiring layouts, equipment schedules and an initial estimate. We can design, pre-build and bench test the control panel with only final wiring connections needed when it is delivered to site.
Self Build
As a self builder we know that you're invested in your home and we will work with you, providing advice and support at every stage. We can recommend options suitable for your project and work closely with you, your builder and electrician helping you to make your smart home a reality.
Renovation
Renovation projects often involve a mix of old and new. We will look at what existing wiring and equipment will remain and how we can combine that with a new installation, ensuring that you end up with a single integrated system. We can work with your builder and electrician providing wiring layouts and equipment schedules and deliver a pre-built and tested control panel to site.
Retrofit
Enjoy the benefits of smart home technology in your existing home with a range of retrofit solutions suitable for most property. You can start with a few key features, such as intelligent lighting or heating control, and add further features later. Retrofit systems are flexible and can often be installed on a DIY basis, although we always recommend using qualified tradespeople.
